Basement Conversion

Extensive works undertaken to a a two-storey maisonette covering the lower ground floor and ground floor levels of the four-storey building., including formation of  basement, extensive structural alterations and full internal high-spec refurbishment to include Mechanical & Electrical Design together with AV systems.

• Lower ground floor level extension with pavement skylights to create a new storage/utility room 
• Interior floor Skylights are proposed to be installed on the ground of the ground floor, to allow extra daylight into the open plan lower ground floor.
• Iroko wood panel facade with full glazed aluminium windows and bi-fold doors.
• Naturbo clay radiant ceiling and wall heating system. 
• Natural Clay plaster wall and ceiling finishes.
• Bespoke plywood joinery items ( wardrobe, tv unit, floating shelves, interior doors )
• Custom made ( Laser cut ) steel staircase 
• New wood floors and large wood interior doors
• Exposed brick walls 
• MVHR heat recorvery system including Trox attenuators & defusuers
• Planter and Garden seater using reclaimed bricks. 
• New exterior floor decking
• New bathroom, toilet and shower room.
